This thought came to me as I was reminded of my favorite poem by T.S. Eliot called ‘The Hollow Men.’ I wrote it down and needed to explore it further.

I went to reread this masterpiece and it felt so apropos for these moments we are living. Maybe his poem was a commentary on the world during that time in 1925. Maybe things haven’t changed so much within humanity. Or maybe we are finally waking up to our purpose and feeling and seeing and hearing the beauty of the life we are supposed to live.

Because we are only visiting, and our time on earth is so fleeting…maybe we take a moment to observe. And do nothing. And allow…What if things don’t go back to how they were?

In my opinion…they won’t.

This is a huge moment of transformation in humanity. And if we surrender to the experience, we will come out unscathed…or at least with fewer markings. And perhaps whatever is on the otehr side is more beautiful than anything we could possibly imagine.

The most difficult part about transformation is not knowing what is on the other side.

But if we resist…I’m afraid that the outcome may be as TS Eliot predicted.

‘…Not with a bang, but a whimper.’

Ride the wave…with grace. With faith…and with no attachments to any outcome.

Love, Lisa
